200h Teacher Training (AYA)

The reasons for training as a yoga teacher are fundamentally different. deepening your own practice, the desire to pass on the gift of yoga or the search for a new professional challenge.

We would like to accompany you on this journey and will again be offering our 200-hour training course, certified by the Yoga Alliance (AYA), in autumn 2023.

As you begin your training, you will notice that something changes within you and you create space for growth and new knowledge.

We look forward to laughing, sweating and learning with you. In order to provide you with the best possible support on this path, our training includes the following elements:

• 6 practical weekends and an intensive week
• A manual of over 200 pages to develop and read
• Internationally active lecturers/trainers
• “New Teacher” festival, where you can find and try out yourself as a teacher & get feedback from “real” students

With our training we want to make you fit to teach contemporary yoga and at the same time give you the space to find your own style. For this reason, we offer you training with lecturers from different styles/areas who are real experts in their field. This gives you the opportunity to obtain the best possible knowledge in every area, regardless of style or tradition.
