About the event

Restorative Yoga - deep relaxation and sustainable regeneration.

This gentle and slow form of yoga recharges body and soul, and through the use of many aids it achieves a proven reduction in stress, improvement in sleep quality, calming the mind and much more.

In this module from our 300+ Advanced training you will learn why restorative yoga is enjoying increasing popularity, when and how you can use it. You will get to know the different restorative postures, how to guide them and how to use the various tools. In the relaxation part you immerse yourself or deepen your knowledge of the theory of stress, practice and experience various relaxation methods and learn to integrate them into your lessons. After this module, you will be able to offer your own restorative yoga classes, or integrate parts of them into your normal classes as relaxation units.
