About the event
Yin Yoga – the silent practice – directs our gaze inwards, towards our uniqueness, towards our primal power, allowing us to connect with the source, our self.
In Yin Yoga we practice meditatively with long stretches without muscle tension, which make our connective, fascia and ligament tissue flexible and strong, mobilize our joints and stimulate and calm the nervous system. The exercises therefore have a stress-reducing and regenerating effect. We learn to maintain the subtle flow of energy and to feel the increased flow of energy in our meridians after a practice.
This practice strengthens you from within with mindfulness, calm and serenity. For anyone who longs for a balancing, calm Yin yoga practice and would like to pass on this wonderful technique or incorporate it into their own practice, the 25 hour training course is available as part of our 300+ training courses. After these 3 days you will have the necessary knowledge to practice or teach a Yin Yoga class with the basic Yin Yoga asanas for yourself in a mindful and targeted manner.
