About the event
This module serves self-reflection and personal development as a yoga teacher. Self-study (Svadhyaya) is particularly important for us yoga teachers, as we can only authentically pass on to our students what we have experienced and understood ourselves.
That's why we address the question "Who am I (as a teacher)?" in order to jointly identify ethical, moral beliefs and thought constructs that need to be questioned and sustainably changed.
To do this, we address questions such as these, among others:
- Is my life about external recognition?
- Am I pursuing my goals for selfish reasons?
- Do I know what I want?
- Do I know what I DON'T want?
Contents of the training that refine your self-image as a teacher:
- 'Dharma Coaching' and Nonviolent Communication
- Archetypes of the soul
- High sensitivity (HSP)
- Enneagram
- gestalt therapy methods
- Communication models and the power of language
In this way you refine your self-perception, find ways to change, recognize your own personality and refine your teaching skills.
A notice:
Also bookable for 'non-urban trainees'.
including extensive manual
