Start where you are –

The beginner's course is ideal for beginners or returnees and anyone who wants to strengthen the foundation of their yoga practice with Beginners Mind. In addition to a healthy alignment, our focus here is on mindful experience, so that you will soon feel the positive effects of yoga. Strength, mobility and relaxation are specifically trained.
