Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a particularly gentle and slow form of yoga in which we use many tools to support the body in longer yoga positions and thereby create a gentle and passive stretch. In the last pose, immerse yourself with a variation of autogenic training and stay there as long as you want.

Relax & Refresh

Kick off the new year with this gentle, relaxing practice. We start with the Dao Breath and then move on to gentle stretching and mobilization.

In an extended Savasana, I accompany you with affirmations for more self-CONSCIOUSNESS, so that you build up a lasting positive image of yourself and strengthen yourself from within for YOUR year.
