200h teacher training (AYA)

The reasons for (your) training as a yoga teacher are fundamentally different:

• deepening your own practice,the desire to pass on the gift of yoga orlooking for a new professional challenge.

We would like to accompany you on this journey and in spring 2023 we will again be offering our 200-hour training course, certified by the Yoga Alliance (AYA).

With the beginning of your training you will find that something changes in you and you create space for growth and new knowledge.

We look forward to laughing, sweating and learning with you. In order to provide you with the best possible support on this path, our training includes the following elements:

• 6 practical weekends and one intensive week
• A more than 200-page manual to work out and read
• Internationally active lecturers/ trainers
• "New Teacher" classes where you can find and try yourself as a teacher & get feedback from "real" students

With our training we want to make you fit to teach contemporary yoga and at the same time give you the space to find your own style. For this reason, we offer you training with lecturers from different styles / areas who are real experts in their field. This gives you the opportunity to get the best possible knowledge in every area, regardless of style or tradition.

It is our goal that you feel comfortable with us and the teaching - so feel free to visit us for a trial lesson. It will be a mentally and physically exciting experience for you.
